After 21 years, they finally 'tied the knot'

Lisa and Andre opted for a small, relaxed intimate ceremony with family, and managed to organise the whole thing in just three weeks! I know.. three weeks!

 Everything came together beautifully, except for the weather.

Let’s face it , the only thing you can be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN about  – is that no matter what, you can’t change the weather when it comes to your wedding day…

Especially if you live in Auckland, where we can experience four seasons in one day…

And that’s exactly what happened to Lisa and Andre.

The weather called for a change of venue from a beach ceremony, to a local spot with a river outlook that provided some shelter. And it was perfect.

I guess the big ‘takeaway’ from the day is that there is no such thing as a ‘cookie cutter’ wedding.

We all have different ideas on how we want our special day to be, and that you can do formal, or as these guys did, have a very informal get together to celebrate your love for each other.
