Everyday Elegance: Boudoir Photography for Real Women

You’ve been thinking about having a boudoir session for a while now, you’ve checked out my website and straight away you think to yourself : “These women look like super models., There’s no way I can look like that….”

You know what, you’re half-right.

Yes, these women are gorgeous, that’s a fact.

But they are 100% everyday women. women like you and me.

They are teachers, police officers, nurses, mechanics,  midwives, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, aunties and so much more!.

The one thing that they all have in common is that they stepped out of their comfort zone and did something for themselves.

Were they nervous? Heck yes! After all they were going to be standing in front of a complete stranger (me) wearing next to nothing.

Once hair and makeup starts and we start chatting it doesn’t take long to get over those nerves.

A boudoir experience with me is so much more than standing in front of my camera and posing. I

It’s also about :

  • Appreciating your body as it is. Right now.

  • Recognising that you've NEVER lost your sexy. EVER...

  • Documenting your beauty, growth & amazing self even if you haven't hit your milestones!

  • Choosing to celebrate yourself for a change when you do hit that milestone, get the promotion, or turn 40, 50, 60+ years old.

  • Remembering that you don't have to be so hard on yourself, and show yourself some self-love.

It's okay to spend money on yourself, live a little, and feel drop-dead gorgeous every once in a while!
